Shukado marks the publication of Shojo Hyappen no Yuutsu (A Hundred Melancholies of a Girl, Genkosha), a book of paintings by Yasunari Ikenaga, who is known as the leading figure in bijinga today.

The exhibition gathers his work on the theme of the girl, including paintings made specially for the book.

Works are sold by ballot. Applications open before the exhibition and are taken at the gallery, by email and by telephone; they close at 10:00 on Monday 29 July.
