Kondo Koichiro
Kondo Koichiro (1884-1962) was a Japanese-style painter from Yamanashi. He studied oil painting at Tokyo School of Fine Arts. After graduation, he began his career by drawing illustrations for newspaper. Then, he converted to Japanese-style painting and built the unique painting style with fusion of ink and light.
