Obayashi Chimaki (1887-1959) was a Japanese-style painter who studied under Tomioka Eisen, Kawai Gyokudo, and Kaburaki Kiyokata. He excelled at Beauty based on the Edo culture, which became an ideal of Beauty of Inten artists in the Early Taisho period.
