Matsubayashi Keigetsu
Matsubayashi Keigetsu (1876-1963) was a Japanese-style-painter from Tokyo, who learnt Nanga from Noguchi Yukoku. He left lots of excellent graphic paintings such as a cherry tree in the dim moon light depicted using a single black ink.
