Ito Jyakuchu
Ito Jyakuchu (1716-1800) was born in a family running a grocery store in Kyoto, and learnt the paintings of Kano School and Korin School and the Chinese painting style of Gen and Min to build his original painting style of realistic and decorative Kachoga (Bird-and-Flower painting) and Suibokuga (Ink painting).
