Hana Ikushima was born in 1997 in Kanagawa and is currently based in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture, working as a ceramic artist.
She creates both functional works such as teapots and cups, and sculptural pieces that transcend utility, exploring flowing beauty and structural tension within form.
She believes that vessels like teapots and yunomi are not merely tools for daily use, but tactile sculptures that refine the senses through touch.
